Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 21st and Sunday, September 22nd as Chianti in the Carolinas transforms into a vibrant hub of all things Italian. Indulge your senses in the rich aromas and flavors of authentic cuisine, sway to the rhythms of live musicians, and marvel at the exquisite craftsmanship on display. With more than 30 food vendors, artists, musicians, and craftsmen converging from across the Piedmont, this annual celebration promises an immersive experience like no other. Dive deeper into the world of winemaking with breakout sessions led by Jay Raffaldini and our expert team, where Italian trivia and vineyard insights await. Small Sessions
The small sessions will be located on the Fattoria deck and will be as follows:
SATURDAY:
• 11:30 am – 12:15 pm - The Vineyards of Raffaldini
Join owner Jay Raffaldini to learn about the vineyard and this year’s harvest while walking in the vines.
• 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm – Italian Music and Opera
Join Soprano Jersey Roche and Baritone Justin Traxler and learn about and listen to favorite arias from Italian opera and other Italian songs. There is no country better known for music, love, passion and drama than Italy and Italian opera has it all!!
• 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm - Winemaking Raffaldini style
Join Raffaldini winemaker Chris Nelson for an informative and fun session on winemaking and this year’s wine.
• 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm – Wine Trivia
Join Barbara Raffaldini and test your knowledge of wine facts. Winners will receive great prizes.
SUNDAY:
• 12:30 pm - 1:15 pm – The Vineyards of Raffaldini

Italian Desserts Class
Sunday, October 13
Marla Monzo Holmes, aka 'The Chef in Red,' an alumna of the prestigious Lorenza de' Medici School of Cooking in Florence, Italy, is returning to Raffaldini Vineyards to teach you how to make two traditional Italian desserts, as delicious as they are lovely. This class will focus on Tiramisu and soft, Italian Biscotti.
Tickets are $65 and include a a fun cooking demonstration, wine, snacks, samples of each dessert, and a bag with recipes and ingredients that you can use to make your own desserts at home!
*Wine Club Members discount will be automatically applied at check out.

Wine and Cheese Pairing

Embark on a culinary and wine journey through Italy with us as you discover the art of pairing Italian cheeses with the perfect wines. Learn about how to pair cheese and wine from some of Italy's most famous regions in this fun, educational cheese and wine pairing class. Don't miss out—reserve your spot today!

Fall Dinner – Saturday, October 26th
The Four Seasons Wine Tasting Dinners are held Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter and are hosted by Jay Raffaldini. Each dinner features four seasonal food courses and four specially chosen wines to complement the food. Culinary and wine descriptions will be given during the evening to enhance your enjoyment. This is an opportunity to share your food and wine passion with like-minded friends. The atmosphere will be relaxed and casual with a focus on meeting new friends and enjoying la dolce vita.
Please note that shuttle service tickets must be purchased separately. Shuttle service is available from The Fairfield Inn in Elkin or The Hampton Inn in Jonesville.

Take a Hike – Sunday, October 27th
Join owner Jay Raffaldini and longtime NC resident and outdoors-man Steve Nelson, as they show you the way through the Raffaldini woods and vineyards. Wear sensible walking shoes and prepare yourself for a moderate 90-minute hike followed by a hearty luncheon which of course includes wine! During the hike, Jay will share details of the vineyard and Steve will share his love of the woods. Ticket includes a guided hike, lunch and two glasses of wine.
This event is for those age 21 and over.

 Raffaldini Vineyards is a proud supporter of the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC! You'll be able to taste our wines at this fun event. We hope you will join us.
Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC has got a little something different up its sleeves for this year’s Farm to Second Harvest event, and it promises an experience that's truly out of this world!
Winston-Salem's top restaurants and chefs will come together in a pop-up food hall, set against a backdrop of quirky, campy, offbeat fun.
It's a cosmic celebration of the universal language of food, showcasing its power to connect us to our neighbors near and far.

Raffaldini Wines Now Available Across NC
Raffaldini wines available exclusively at the Villa we have found a wholesale distribution firm that targets wine shops and restaurants rather than mass supermarket, etc. We sought to build connections with independent retailers and restaurateurs so we can still tell our story to the sales outlet and build on the connection that we have with all of you. To begin, we agreed to have two value-based wines (Bella Misto and Bianco) as well as higher end (Vermentino Superiore and Montepulciano Riserva) available for sale.
After nearly two decades of having To locate a store near you, simply go to raffaldini.com then hover your mouse over shop on the header. When the drop down menu appears, click "Find Raffaldini Wines" at the bottom of the list. Once on the Raffaldini Store Locator, you can use the drop down to search by type or location or type in your zip code and search a radius for outlets near you. If you don’t see your favorite wine shop listed please email me directly at jay@raffaldini.com and I will work with our wholesale partner to get them in the store near you.

We have partnered with Tock to provide a reservation system for tastings and flights at the Villa and on the Piazza. Our continued goal is to provide the best experience for you, our valued customers and friends. While walk-ins are welcome and a reservation is not required, we believe that making a reservation will enhance your visit.
As a general reminder to all our guests, to provide a safe, relaxing, and intimate experience for our guests, all visitors must be at least 21 years of age. Infants and children are no longer permitted at the Tasting Room, except on holidays and specially designated family days when we can appropriately staff and have children friendly activities available.
