Raffaldini Wins Big at Sommelier Challenge International Wine Competition
We are thrilled to announce our most recent round of awards at the 2021 Sommelier Challenge Competition held in California! Founded by the late, great wine expert, Robert Whitley, this competition is known in the wine world as one of the toughest and best respected competitions due to its strict grading standards and highly qualified judging panel.

This year's chief judge, "Super Somm" Jesse Rodriguez, is formally educated in wine including credentials from four different sommelier organizations. He also worked at Napa's famous French Laundry restaurant and was a part of the team that won its first three-Michelin star award. 

Desaria, which topped the Vermentino varietal category is our newest release in the Fall Wine Club package along with the 94-point, platinum medal winning 2019 Sagrantino, and 93-point, gold medal winner, Montepulciano Riserva.
