Grande Riserva Blending Trials

 We are excited to unveil the first taste of our 2021 red wines! After careful aging, these rich, dark reds are ready for blending and we need you to help us determine the blend for the Raffaldini Grande Riserva, our most powerful red wine!
Assemblaggio is a two-hour educational wine experience led by Owner Jay Raffaldini and winemaker Chris Nelson in our winery barrel room. Each blend you create will be carefully analyzed, sampled and help inspire our new vintage of Grande Riserva.
This is an opportunity to hone your winemaking knowledge and ability, learn more about grape varietals, and make a few new friends in the process. Blending trials will be held in the barrel room allowing you to experience the winery during the winemaking season.

All ages welcome! We invite our active and retired military and service members to join us for a special gift. Bring the entire family and relax on the piazza or our grounds with a glass of your favorite Raffaldini wine while we reflect on the service of our veterans.

Afternoon of Holiday Cheer
Friday, November 25 | 11am - 5pm
The Holidays are in full swing, and we invite you to help us prepare for the holidays! The entire family will enjoy holiday shopping and live tunes while you craft your own holiday decorations, and enjoy complimentary cookies and apple cider while the little ones write letters to Santa.
Local musician RG Absher will entertain you with holiday tunes on a wide variety of instruments including Hammered Dulcimer, Violin, acoustic guitar, classic guitar, and banjo! RG is a Wilkes County native and a regular at MerleFest. His music includes a rich folk tradition and haunting Celtic sounds from Ireland and Scotland.
Beginning November 5, please bring a non-perishable food item as we "fill the barrel with food" for the Second Harvest Food Bank of NWNC. Here is a list of the most needed items.
Admission is Free to Everyone, but we ask that you please RSVP! Come out an join us for a day full of Holiday Cheer!

Raffaldini Pairs with Second Harvest of NWNC
We are proud to partner with the Second Harvest Food Bank of NWNC. To celebrate their annual "Farm to Second Harvest" dinner we are pairing Raffaldini wines with dishes made from Winston-Salem area chefs all for a great cause.
We believe that addressing hunger and its roots causes is a responsibility shared by the public and private sectors and concerned individuals to ensure the health, vitality, and well-being of our communities and nation.
We believe that building a vibrant, resilient, and thriving community requires that we challenge ourselves and others to deeper levels of conversation and action.
We believe that everyone has gifts to share toward ending hunger and its root causes: our time, our talents, our voice, and our food and financial resources.

We have partnered with Tock to provide a reservation system for tastings and flights at the Villa and on the Piazza. Our continued goal is to provide the best experience for you, our valued customers and friends. While walk-ins are welcome and a reservation is not required, we believe that making a reservation will enhance your visit.
As a general reminder to all our guests, to provide a safe, relaxing, and intimate experience for our guests, all visitors must be at least 21 years of age. Infants and children are no longer permitted at the Tasting Room, except on holidays and specially designated family days when we can appropriately staff and have children friendly activities available.
