Learn some helpful tips from Chef Corey and watch him prepare a roasted Brussel Sprout dish with Balsamic, Bacon and Maple followed by a Smoked Mushroom Pasta with Brandy Cream Sauce and Thyme. The perfect pairing! Wine and dessert! Join us for this 2 hour event where we will pair four Raffaldini wines with four decadent desserts from Pastry Chef Maria Kemp, owner of Beyond Decadence. Learn the ingredients and technique involved in the creation of each dessert and why they pair perfectly with each wine. Tickets are $30 + tax per person and include a sample of 4 wines along with a dessert pairing for each wine.
