Membership Rules:

Members agree to a one-year membership commitment of semi-annual packages (Two packages of six bottles a year) |
|
Members may cancel after one year, but cancellation request must be submitted in writing. |
|
Membership will automatically renew each year unless notice is received in writing. |
|
Members will be notified by email prior to shipping of amount charged to credit card on file and expected delivery date. |
|
Members retain the option to pick up their wine at the tasting room rather than having it shipped. (Please note this option must be indicated on the wine club application). |

We need this form on file to activate your wine club membership and confirm your case discounts when ordering wine online. The credit card you supply will be the one we charge your wine club quarterly shipments to.

*Wine Club packages will be shipped via FedEx ground, delivered during the day and must be signed for by a person 21 years of age or older. We cannot ship to PO Boxes; however, we can and do encourage shipping to your residence or place of business.
