The Vineyards of Swan Creek Wine Trail comprises a loop to many family-owned vineyards (Raffaldini, Laurel Gray, Windy Gap, and Buck Shoals) within 5 minutes of one another, located in the picturesque Swan Creek Valley of Yadkin County. Site includes detailed maps of wine trail and the Yadkin Valley appellation.
